I would like to offer you a fast and smooth service when it comes to the delivery and return of your orders. Typically your orders will be manufactured and shipped within 3-4 days of ordering. However, for larger quantities it may take a little longer.

I also offer you the option of picking up your order yourself and thus saving on shipping costs. To collect your order yourself, simply specify “self-collection” as the shipping method during the ordering process. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email notification from me that you can pick up your order.

If you are not satisfied with your order or would like a return or exchange for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. I will do my best to find a solution that meets your needs. Please note that the buyer must bear the return shipping costs. We recommend that you return the goods in the original packaging to avoid damage.
